Terms and Conditions – Haggis Waggon Tours

Booking & Payment

• All tours must be booked in advance via our website, phone or authorized agents.

• Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.

• 10% discount rate for party reservation of 6 or more.

Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellations made more than 7 days before departure will receive a full refund.

• Cancellations made within 7 days are non-refundable.

• If Haggis Waggon Tours cancels a tour, a full refund or alternative date will be offered.

 Changes to Itinerary

• We reserve the right to alter routes, timings, or stops due to weather, road conditions or operational needs.

• Any significant changes will be communicated in advance where possible.

 Tour Conduct

• Passengers must follow safety instructions from the driver and guide at all times.

• We reserve the right to refuse travel to any individual whose behaviour is disruptive, unsafe or offensive.

• Alcohol is not permitted onboard unless part of a designated tasting experience.

Liability

• Haggis Waggon Tours is not liable for personal injury, loss or damage unless caused by our negligence.

• Passengers are responsible for their own belongings throughout the tour.

• Travel insurance is recommended for all guests.

 Accessibility

• We aim to accommodate all guests, but some tours may involve uneven terrain or limited access.

• Please inform us of any mobility or medical needs at the time of booking.

Children & Pets

• Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

• Pets are not permitted unless they are registered assistance animals.

Photography & Promotion

• We may take photos during tours for promotional use.

• If you prefer not to be photographed, please inform your guide at the start of the tour.

 Weather & Clothing

• Scotland's weather can be unpredictable—please dress appropriately and bring waterproofs if needed.

• Sturdy footwear is recommended for walking tours and outdoor stops.
