1. Booking & Payment

1.1 Booking Confirmation

Your booking is confirmed once full payment (or the required deposit) has been received. You will receive a confirmation email with your tour details.

1.2 Payment Methods

We accept major debit/credit cards and any payment options listed on our website.

1.3 Age Requirements

Guests under 18 must be accompanied by a responsible adult.

2. Cancellations & Refunds

2.1 Guest Cancellations

• More than 14 days before departure: Full refund
• 7–14 days before departure: 50% refund
• Less than 7 days before departure: No refund

(If you'd like different numbers, I can adjust them.)

2.2 Company Cancellations

We may cancel a tour due to severe weather, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances.
If this happens, you will receive:

• A full refund or
• The option to move to another date

We are not responsible for additional costs such as flights, accommodation, or travel arrangements made independently.

3. Changes to Itinerary

Scotland's weather and road conditions can be unpredictable. We may adjust routes, timings, or stops to ensure safety and the best possible experience.

We always aim to deliver the full spirit of the tour, even if the exact plan changes.

4. Guest Responsibilities

4.1 Fitness & Participation

Some tours include walking, uneven terrain, or outdoor activities. You are responsible for assessing your own fitness level.

4.2 Behaviour

We want every guest to feel welcome and safe.
We reserve the right to remove any guest whose behaviour is unsafe, disruptive, or disrespectful — without refund.

4.3 Personal Belongings

You are responsible for your own belongings. We are not liable for lost or damaged items.

5. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend that all guests have travel insurance covering:

• Medical emergencies
• Cancellations
• Personal belongings
• Unexpected travel disruptions

6. Liability

We operate with care, professionalism, and safety as our priority.
However, by joining a tour, you acknowledge that travel involves inherent risks.

We are not liable for:

• Injuries caused by third parties
• Weather‑related disruptions
• Acts of nature
• Loss of personal items
• Situations beyond our reasonable control

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under UK consumer law.

7. Photography & Media

We love capturing the magic of our tours.
By joining a tour, you agree that photos or videos taken by our team may be used for marketing purposes.

If you prefer not to appear in photos, just let your guide know — we'll happily respect your wishes.
